Responsibilities

You will be involved with the following types of projects:

• Prepare individual, trust, estate and business tax returns including multi-state, multi-entity and partnership returns

• Complete complex tax planning for high net worth individuals

• Conduct and document tax research

• Participate in complex tax and consulting engagements

• Assist with client needs and cultivate relationships

• Participate in firm activities and community organizations

• Prepare compilation and reviewed financial statements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• CPA designation or CPA candidate

• 0-2 years of recent public accounting experience progressing in scope and responsibility

• Solid understanding of accounting and tax theory

• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, client service and PC skills including Word, Excel and QuickBooks software proficiency (UltraTax and Xero software proficiency are all a plus)

• Ability to interact professionally with clients and staff at all levels
